STEP 1

By using a 5V 1A charging adapter, check if red LED turns on at the bottom of the device. After it is fully charged, try operating the device again

STEP 2

Refresh the home screen and check if the Bluetooth icon shows the devices is connected.

STEP 3 (Only for Android users)

After resetting network settings on your Android device, turn off the phone and turn it on again.
